Easy and economical, this apple and muesli crumble recipe is crunchy and tender.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 4 organic apples
  • 20 g cane sugar

For the crumble dough:

  • 75 g cane sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • 50 g muesli, chopped
  • 100 g semi-salted butter

Apple and muesli crumble

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6).

- Wash, hollow out and cut the apples into cubes (keep the skin on).

For the crumble dough:

- In a salad bowl, place the sugar, flour and muesli. Mix then incorporate the cold butter cut into small pieces. Mix with your hands, then crumble until a "sand" forms. Place in the fridge.

- In a dish (or 4 ramekins), divide the apple pieces, sprinkle with a little cane sugar and sprinkle with the dough.

- Bake for 20 minutes.
