Here is a nice salad recipe with avocados, shrimps, tomatoes and some coriander leaves to flavor it all.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 40 shrimps approximately
- 2 avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of coriander
Avocado, tomato and cilantro shrimp salad recipe
The ideal is to prepare each plate individually, which allows to work on the visual aspect.
The mixture of colors and flavors awakens the taste buds.
If the shrimp are fresh, start by peeling them.
- They must be cooked in a pan with a knob of butter
- At the end of cooking, sprinkle with a little paprika
If the shrimp are already cooked, they can still be sautéed for a few moments in the pan and sprinkled with paprika at the end.
You can serve the shrimp while still hot in the salad.
Prepare the avocados by cutting them in half and then slicing them lengthwise.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters
Chop the cilantro.
Arrange each plate alternating with a few tomatoes, avocados and shrimps.
Finish with the coriander
You can serve this salad without seasoning or pour a drizzle of olive oil over it.
