Viennese shortbread with praline


Easy and quick dessert of praline shortbread, it's gourmet, crunchy and terribly delicious.

Ingredients for 15 pieces:

  • 100g of flour
  • 85 g of soft butter
  • 35 g icing sugar
  • 15g egg whites
  • 15 g of praline pieces.

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C, rotating heat.

> Sift the flour.

In a robot,

Beat butter until creamy.

Add the sugar and beat for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the egg white and praline and continue for 1 min.

Gradually add the flour on slow speed.

We should get a soft dough.

> Line a pastry bag with a 6 mm fluted tip.

> On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, arrange the shortbread in a “W” shape. Make sure to space them well!

> Bake for 20 minutes depending on your oven. Take out the shortbread and place them on a wire rack to cool.

To change: melt a little dark chocolate in a bain-marie and dip half the cookies in it.
