Greek moussaka recipe

The success of the moussaka recipe, which is quite easy to make, lies above all in the proper cooking of the vegetables and the meat.

  • Start by cutting the eggplants into thin slices 1 cm thick
  • Drizzle with olive oil on it, then season lightly with salt.
  • Peel and seed the tomatoes if they are not already (you can use canned peeled tomatoes to save time)

  • Mince the onions and shallots

In a large pan, pot or casserole dish,
