Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 2 tea bags
  • 400 g of pitted prunes
  • 25 g semi-salted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 110 g cane sugar
  • 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
  • 250g of flour

- Prepare hot tea with the 2 tea bags. Inflate the
prunes 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6).
