Rainbow salad, fresh and colorful


Here is a delicious colorful salad recipe, as quick as it is easy to prepare.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 1 bag of Small green or red Florette oak leaves
  • 8 radish
  • 150 g of beans shelled
  • 100 g of cream cheese
  • 10 strawberries
  • 2 strands of basil fresh
  • 3 tbsp. grape seed
  • 1 C. 1 teaspoon old-fashioned mustard
  • 5 cl of orange juice
  • Salt and pepper.

Rainbow colorful salad

Wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices.

Blanch the beans for 5 minutes in boiling salted water and stop cooking by immersing them in an ice water bath.

Wash the strawberries and cut them in half lengthwise.

Make the vinaigrette by mixing the mustard with the orange juice, then add the grapeseed oil using a whisk.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place the small Florette oak leaves in a serving platter and garnish with the radishes, broad beans, strawberries and crumbled cream cheese.

Drizzle with the vinaigrette and finish with the fresh basil leaves.
