Easy and quick to make, this recipe for Langres rillettes with smoked salmon is a great combination of quality cheese and smoked salmon.
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 200 g of Langres (well matured)
- 200 g diced smoked salmon
- 10 cl of fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon of chive
- Salt pepper
> Wash and finely chop the chives.
> In a salad bowl, mash the langres with a fork. Season.
> Add the salmon, chives and cream. Mix gently. Serve with toasted country bread.
Trick : you can replace the Langres cheese with Reblochon (very creamy)
