Accompanied by delicious fresh and varied vegetables, minced duck breast cooked in a wok is a very good recipe.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 1 duck breast
- 650 g of vegetables (carrots, courgettes, peas greedy, broccoli, peppers, sproutsspinach, cives, onions red)
- 1 small chilli pepper
- 4 tbsp. tablespoon of soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of honey
- 1 C. powdered ginger
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp. grape seed oil
- Salt flower
- Freshly ground pepper.
Recipe for sliced duck breast and vegetables in a wok
Cut the duck breast into thin slices crosswise. Place them in a dish containing the soy sauce, honey and finely chopped chili.
Let marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge.
Brown the sliced duck in a wok with the oil for 1 min and set aside. Discard the cooking fat. Pour the vegetables into the wok and brown them for 1 minute over high heat.
Add the marinade and 20 cl of water. Continue cooking for 10 minutes over high heat, then add the sliced duck breast and sprinkle with ginger.
Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring gently.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
