The person selected to fill this position will play a key role in coordinating the lifeblood of CTN— our volunteers! Primary responsibilities include fielding inquiries from potential volunteers; recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding volunteers; supporting volunteers with check-ins and training; performing various administrative tasks; and maintaining our volunteer database. We are seeking someone energetic and enthusiastic about documenting and promoting digital inclusion activities. The selected candidate’s work style must be a healthy blend of initiative and collaboration, self-direction, and teamwork. Our new employee will be a personable hard-working team player who is open to learning new things, works well on their own initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment.
